A national law firm has an immediate opening at its Miami office for a Litigation Associate. The firm seeks associates with 5‑7 years of commercial litigation experience in both state and federal courts, including complex matters such as antitrust, class action, and other sophisticated issues. Experience advancing cases independently is required.

This position offers the opportunity for client interaction, on‑your‑feet court experience, and direct involvement in every aspect of litigation, including discovery, depositions, brief writing, and trial.
