At our firm, we value diversity, collaboration, and client-focused service. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Prepare and file legal documents using Lexis File & Serve and other electronic filing systems (E-Filing).
• Organize, manage, and maintain electronic case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain case-related checklists, calendars, and timetables to ensure timely filings and case progression.
• Coordinate and disseminate key case documents and updates to internal team members and outside counsel.
• Provide comprehensive support in trial preparation, including assembling trial binders and exhibits.
• Draft, revise, and file various legal documents with courts and administrative agencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of prior experience in litigation support or paralegal work
