Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury​/Medical Malpractice

Well respected and established medical malpractice law firm handling cases throughout Florida is looking for an experienced top notch litigation paralegal to join their team. The firm offers decades of experience and countless case successes, providing reliable, compassionate and effective legal representation to their clients. Candidates must have plaintiff personal injury/medical malpractice experience, bilingual Spanish preferred. This is an onsite position in the firm’s Miami, FL office.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of strong personal injury and medical malpractice law experience required, paralegal certificate a plus
• Must be highly organized and proficient with technology
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable handling sensitive subject matter and consent
• Must have excellent client service skills
• Must conform to the firms Covid fully vaccinated policy
• Must have the ability and willingness to follow detailed processes and systems
• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
