Overview
Growing National Law firm in the Miami area has a need for a Securities Attorney. This is a direct hire opening with a full benefits package.
Responsibilities and Requirements- 1-6 years of experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Capital Markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
- Well-versed in the mechanics of Capital Market transactions.
- Experience leading due diligence teams.
- General corporate and corporate governance experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas and a willingness to train junior associates.
- Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
