Bankruptcy Legal Assistant or Bankruptcy Paralegal (Miami, FL)
A well-established Miami law firm focused on consumer bankruptcy matters (primarily Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) seeks a dedicated legal professional to join its growing team.
Open Positions Bankruptcy Legal Assistant- Compensation: $20–$25/hour
- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of bankruptcy experience
- Primary Focus: Client intakes and case support
- Compensation: $25–$30/hour
- Experience: 2+ years of paralegal experience preferred (creditors-side experience acceptable)
- Primary Focus: Preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions
- Employment Type: Direct hire (not contract or contract-to-hire)
- Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish (approx. 75% of clients are Spanish-speaking)
- Reporting Structure: Reports to supervising paralegals and multiple attorneys
