Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP – a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Miami office in our Liability practice group. This dynamic team handles the defense of liability claims at all stages, including pre-suit analysis and litigation.

• A minimum of five years of experience in defense of premises liability claims or similar types of negligence, eager to grow in a collaborative and fast‑paced legal environment.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively.
• Experience defending liability claims in litigation, including discovery, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations, etc.
