Are you passionate about helping clients protect what matters most? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? SIP Insurance is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Commercial/Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a book of business across personal and commercial lines
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and carriers
• Handle quoting, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing
• Deliver top-tier customer service and insurance guidance
• Collaborate with our team and overseas support to streamline workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 4-40 license required
  , 2-20 preferred (hybrid flexibility with 2-20)
• 1+ year of insurance experience (personal or commercial lines)
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a big plus
• Experience with Applied Epic is a bonus
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
