Overview

Loyalty MGA is seeking an experienced Bilingual Pre-Litigation Adjuster to join our dynamic team onsite. This position offers a hybrid work schedule upon successfully completing the company’s probation period. This role is crucial for managing and resolving insurance claims before they escalate to litigation. If you have expertise in auto insurance claims, negotiation, and customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate, evaluate, and settle pre-litigation claims efficiently and fairly, including Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, and Property Damage.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of case files, policy coverages, and applicable laws to determine claim liability and exposure.
  • Communicate and negotiate settlements directly with claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze statements, documentation, and evidence from involved parties to support claim resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files and reserves in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with the litigation team to transition cases, if necessary, while ensuring seamless handoffs.
Qualifications
  • Hold a valid all lines 6-20 license
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives, ensuring fair and equitable agreements.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines while handling claims and interacting with stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional, energetic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
