We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Insurance Agent for a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying clients' insurance needs, providing tailored coverage solutions, and building long-term customer relationships. Daily activities will include conducting consultations, preparing quotes, closing sales, processing policy applications, and providing ongoing client support. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and understanding of Insurance Brokerage operations
• Knowledge of Finance principles as related to insurance products and services
• Strong skills in Customer Service, including effective communication and relationship-building
• Email and phone communication expertise, with a client-focused approach
• Licensure in insurance sales or the willingness to obtain it is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in insurance brokerage or within the financial sector is beneficial.
