Location: Coral Gables, Zip Code 33134.
Hybrid work model: on-site during the initial training period, transitioning to a hybrid schedule once fully trained.
Salary: Range: 75,000 – 85,000. Salary details are not disclosed; candidate’s expectations are preferred.

We are looking for an Actuary (Bilingual: English - Spanish is required) eager to grow, innovate, and play a key role within our Life & Health Reinsurance team.

In this role, the Actuary, will design and implement innovative actuarial models to support risk analysis and underwriting, prepare quotations for Individual and Group Life & Health products, and analyze portfolio performance, profitability, premiums, claims, and overall risk exposure.
You will work closely with experienced actuaries who will mentor you as you build the skills to take ownership of responsibilities and develop a strong career path in the insurance and reinsurance industry.

- Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Statistics, and/or Actuarial Science
- Bilingual:
English / Spanish is required. - 0–2 years of experience. Entry-level candidates are welcome
- Actuarial coursework completed or in progress is a plus
- Exposure to insurance or reinsurance concepts is desirable (e.g., bordereaux, policies, premiums, claims)
- Interest in learning the administrative and technical aspects of reinsurance
- Any experience or involvement in underwriting is a plus
