We are hiring a seasoned Head of Cyber (Reinsurance Broker) to lead and expand our cyber liability reinsurance capabilities. You will drive strategic growth, manage key market relationships, and collaborate across analytics, underwriting, and program development.

• Lead cyber liability reinsurance strategy and structure placements including preparation of submissions to markets.
• Manage global cedent, reinsurer, MGA/MGU, and capital provider relationships.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with reinsurers to optimize pricing and coverage.
• Support client presentations, marketing materials, and reinsurance proposals.
• Build and mentor a cyber-focused broking team.
• Collaborate on innovative structures including parametric and hybrid models.
• Provide market intelligence and represent LIRG at industry events.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years cyber reinsurance broking experience (primarily facultative).
• Strong global reinsurer relationships.
• Deep technical knowledge of cyber risk.
• Demonstrated success structuring and placing cyber reinsurance.
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Parametric or index-based structure experience.
• Familiarity with alternative capital or ILS.
