Jr Artificial Intelligence Developer

Seeking a hands-on Developer with a focus on automation and AI tools to help streamline workflows and improve productivity across the organization. This role involves designing Python-based scripts, leveraging platforms like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, and collaborating with teams to deliver efficient, scalable automation solutions.

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate workflows, data processes, and routine tasks.
• Integrate and apply AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to support development, documentation, and internal productivity.
• Partner with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize scripts and automation pipelines.
• Document code, processes, and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

• Strong proficiency in Python with proven experience in scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working across multiple phases.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable code and debugging effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience working with APIs, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate), or cloud environments.
• CI/CD knowledge or hands‑on experience with build and deployment pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, gearset, Jenkins, Git Lab CI).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and automated testing practices.
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices, including deployment automation and environment management.
• Background in IT, operations, or data analysis.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or conversational AI workflows.
• Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
