Senior Program Manager

Location: Hybrid Role in Coral Gables Office (4 Days a week in-person)

GlueIQ is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a technical background to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across digital platforms, integrated campaigns, and technology-driven marketing programs.

This role requires a strategic thinker who understands both creative workflows and technical execution — someone who can bridge conversations between engineering, creative, media, strategy, and client stakeholders while keeping projects on time, on budget, and on brief.

The ideal candidate has experience managing web builds, marketing technology integrations, data-driven campaigns, and multi-channel advertising programs within an agency environment.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for integrated marketing and digital initiatives
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
• Ensure alignment across internal teams and client stakeholders

• Manage website builds, CMS implementations, marketing automation integrations, analytics setups, and digital product launches
• Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for creative and development teams
• Partner with developers, UX/UI designers, and data teams to ensure feasibility and performance
• Oversee QA processes, UAT cycles, and deployment schedules
• Ensure technical solutions align with campaign objectives and measurement strategies

• Serve as the operational hub between Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and Engineering
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and stakeholder reviews
• Align deliverables with media timelines and campaign launch milestones
• Foster accountability and clarity across distributed teams

• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
• Track burn rates, margins, and resource utilization
• Identify scope creep and proactively manage change orders
• Optimize team capacity planning and workflow efficiency

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on delivery strategy and execution
• Communicate timelines, risks, and progress clearly and confidently
• Present project updates and manage expectations
• Ensure a seamless client experience from kickoff through launch

• 7+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or integrated marketing environment
• Strong technical fluency (web development, CMS platforms, APIs, martech stacks, analytics, hosting environments)
• Proven experience managing complex digital builds and multi-channel campaigns
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet, Workfront)
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
• Commitment to working 5 days a week (in person) in Coral Gables office
