Reporting to theVP of Operations, you will configure andoptimizeobjects, flows and dashboards to drive performance insights, manage integrations with company system sand collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions.
You'llchampion data integrity, ensure compliance,and empower go-to-market teams through hands-on support and training.
This role focuses on operational excellence, system scalability, and data integrity to support go-to-market execution and leadership decision-making.
- Customize Hub Spotobjects , fields, page layouts, record types, validationrulesand flows.
- Ensure dashboards and reports are structured to provide clear, executive- ready visibility into campaign status, pipeline contribution, and funnel performance.
- Build andmaintainreports and dashboards to support campaign performance tracking and pipeline visibility, in alignment with defined campaignobjectivesand executive reporting needs.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissionsets,and sharing rules specific tosales and marketing teams.
- Support andmaintainintegrations between Hub Spot and marketing, sales, and services platforms to ensure seamless execution and measurement of cross-functional campaigns.
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing Opsand external vendors to troubleshoot and enhanceintegration of workflows.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and GTM stakeholders to gather campaign and pipeline requirements and translate them into scalable Hub Spot solutions that enable efficient execution and reporting.
- Stay current with
HubSpotreleases and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs. - Participate inbuildinga Technology Roadmap that brings new innovations, capabilities and insights to our Sales and Marketing teams.
- Maintain andoptimizedata structures for Contacts, Leads, and campaign-related objects to ensure consistent measurement, attribution, and reporting across all go-to-market initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data cleanliness and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Implement deduplication strategies and manage data imports/exportsacross company systems.
- Provide day-to-day platform support for GTM users, enabling efficient campaign execution,accurate reporting, and consistent use of Hub Spot best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new features and best practices.
- Promote platform adoption and ensure alignment with marketing/sales goals.
- 5+ Years Hub Spot or similar CRMAdministration experience for a Software SaaS business
- Proficient in click-to-configure functionality such as Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, creating new fields, objects, etc.
This is a full-time position reporting to our Wakefield, MA or Miami, FL office. Remote may be considered for the right candidate.
