Senior Specialist, Commerce Media Advertiser Development
The Advertising Operations Coordinator Senior Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by supporting the day to day operational execution of cross functional initiatives. This role acts as a force multiplier for senior leadership—helping manage workflows, reporting, communications, and project tracking across publishers, product, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Executive & Leadership Support
- Prepare executive level slides, summaries, and briefing materials
- Support meeting preparation including agendas, pre reads, and follow ups
- Track action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders
- Publisher & Partner Coordination
- Share responsibility for publisher communications and coordination
- Manage and organize inbound communications (daily emails, updates, reporting)
- Project & Program Management
- Project manage cross functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Maintain dashboards or trackers that show progress, issues, and outcomes
- Identify gaps or blockers and proactively drive resolution
- Maintain project plans, status updates, and documentation
- Operational Excellence
- Help define and document operational processes related to launches and ongoing initiatives
- Coordinate across product, sales, marketing, and external partners
- Create structure where it doesn’t exist and continuously improve workflows
The ideal candidate has experience supporting media campaigns, managing reporting workflows, and coordinating cross functional stakeholders along with strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of communication, maintain accurate records, and support campaign execution across digital and publisher environments.
- Strong experience in advertising/loyalty industry
- Education in Advertising/Marketing/Communications
- Experience with meeting prep, agenda creation, follow-up action tracking & documentation
- Experience with process improvement and documentation of roles, responsibilities and timelines
- Skilled at Excel / Power Point
- Managed workflows across multiple teams

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
