The Growth Automation Analyst will be part of the Latin America Growth team responsible for fostering a data‑driven decision‑making culture across Warner Music Latin America. We provide actionable insights and analytics to Marketing, Finance, Commercial Services, and A&R teams, supporting both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operations across the region.

You will sit at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy, helping Warner Music Latin America turn complex data into scalable, practical solutions. This role is designed for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and improving how teams access and use insights. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where modern analytics, automation, and AI‑assisted development are core to how the team operates.

Your work will directly support how artists are developed, deals are evaluated, and strategies are executed across the region.

• Design, prototype, and build analytical tools and applications that support deal evaluation, artist strategy, and commercial decision‑making across Warner Music Latin America.
• Leverage AI‑augmented coding workflows including Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development, testing, and iteration of analytical solutions.
• Translate complex business and analytical requirements into functional prototypes, scalable data models, and production‑ready tools used by internal stakeholders.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines to power dashboards, analytical applications, and automated workflows.
• Build custom dashboards and data visualization interfaces that enable deal teams and regional leadership to quickly interpret performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Automate recurring analytical workflows and reporting processes, improving efficiency, consistency, and speed of delivery.
• Work with large datasets to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and key areas for automation within the current infrastructure.

• Demonstrated experience or coursework in process automation, including proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Demonstrated experience or coursework in leveraging AI‑augmented coding workflows using Claude Code and Cursor for building analytical tools and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and functional prototypes, dashboards, and production‑ready tools.
• Capable of integrating external data sources into purpose‑built analytical applications.
• Bachelor’s degree (College or University).

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau.
• Previous experience working in the music or entertainment industry.
• Advanced working knowledge of Google Workspace.
