Lead UI​/UX Designer

We’re seeking a hands‑on Lead UI/UX Designer who thinks in user behavior, journeys, and outcomes. This role will lead the UI/UX team and will establish scalable UX best practices, build a scalable design system, and conduct user research so we can design based on real user needs and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the UI/UX design team
• Own UX quality across all products in the GoTu portfolio
• Translate business goals into clear user outcomes and measurable experience improvements
• Design flows that guide user behaviour and focus on user outcomes
• Implement UX best practices across the platform and ensure consistency across the design team
• Build and champion a culture of design validation and user‑centered thinking
• Lead discovery with Product, Engineering & Stakeholders ensuring we’re solving the right problem before building
• Create clarity and consistency across our platform through a design system and reusable components
• Coach and develop team to think in journeys, outcomes, and psychology
• 7+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role
• Experience in a two‑sided marketplace strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong UX fundamentals: user journeys, behavioural design, usability principles
• Superb communication both verbal and written
