Xenon Health of New Jersey LLC is seeking an Operations Associate to support our growing healthcare operations. This role involves data analysis, financial modeling, system management, and cybersecurity.
Compensation
: $60,000 annually
- Conduct strategic planning, project coordination, and advanced data analysis.
- Manage and audit financial, system, and cybersecurity data.
- Generate reports including profit & loss, claims analysis, and revenue cycle tracking.
- Maintain and secure IT infrastructure (applications, accounts, end points, system access).
- Support technical projects including payment portals, software platforms, and vendor research.
- Utilize advanced tools such as Python, SQL, and Power BI for data modeling and analytics.
- Strong background in data modeling, financial analysis, and systems management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
