The Country Manager at Squad Makers leads market expansion in a specific country, owning growth, strategic partnerships, and execution quality. They drive new client acquisition and build a strong partner ecosystem, positioning Squad Makers through three key differentiators:

• Squad Challenge certification: a standardized technical validation process that helps clients and partners reduce hiring risk, accelerate staffing, and ensure consistent quality across squads.
• EOR (Employer of Record) hiring: enables clients to scale teams fast without dealing with local contracts, compliance, payroll, or administrative overhead — Squad Makers manages it end-to-end.
• Enabling Team: a senior layer (product, engineering, QA/Dev Ops, delivery) that mentors squads, anticipates sprint risks, enforces best practices, and keeps technical debt under control to ensure reliable outcomes.
