Join to apply for the Streaming & Support Assistant role at Mango Soft.
- Initiate live game broadcasts for TV networks and other media outlets, coordinating the operation from Mango’s own platform or the one determined by the client.
- Provide real-time technical support on multiple devices simultaneously to ensure error-free broadcasts and recordings.
- Maintain constant contact with the client during broadcasts to correct transmission or recording errors.
- Work with Mango’s platform in different modules to collect information on broadcasted games.
- Generate documentation if applicable.
Education Level:
- Technical, Technologist, or Professional in audiovisual and/or digital media, TV, cinema, photography, or digital marketing.
- Technical, Technologist, or Professional in systems engineering, electronics, telecommunications, or related fields.
- Optional:
Graduate of technical or technologist courses from SENA in systems and software development areas.
- Handling of high-quality video and audio production and mixing software is desirable.
- Connection methods such as RTMP, SRT, UDP.
- Knowledge of video qualities (8 & 4k HD, SD, Ld) and sound (2,4 sound channels, etc.) and their technical implications.
- Experience in editing, production, and management of real-time audio and video connectivity protocols.
- Proficiency with online communication applications and social networks.
General:
Desirable 6 months managing digital channels, video editing, production, and live streaming with high-quality audio and video.
Specific:
Desirable experience in audio and video testing, real-time hardware and software connection procedures.
- Spanish (native)
- English (B2 level according to the CEFR)
Having multiple devices to monitor broadcasts simultaneously is essential. Equipment must meet minimum technical requirements for connectivity, bandwidth, and resilience against contingencies like internet loss or power issues.
