Ecommerce Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced ECommerce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects. This role requires a blend of strong project management skills and technical expertise to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, and ensure high‑quality delivery of solutions. The Technical Project Manager will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans, resolve complex challenges, and drive successful outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end project management of technical initiatives, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and cloud migrations.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and manage changes to ensure timely delivery.

• Bridge the gap between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, risks, and trade‑offs.
• Participate in technical discussions to assess feasibility, identify dependencies, and align on solutions.
• Support development teams in resolving technical challenges and removing blockers.
• Ensure projects align with architectural standards, security guidelines, and IT policies.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical project communications and updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and Operations to align priorities and resources.
• Manage external vendors and third‑party partners as required.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks.
• Ensure quality assurance, testing, and validation processes are incorporated into delivery plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, and post‑project reviews.
• Support compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and security practices.
• Track and manage project budgets, costs, and forecasts.
• Optimize allocation of technical resources to balance capacity and demand.
• Provide input into portfolio and program‑level planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), system architecture, and IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional technical teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification.
• Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, or cybersecurity.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
