Be a key member of the Technology Support team as a Desktop Support Technician serving as a primary point of contact for users across global offices. This is a high-volume, call center–driven role (approximately 90% phone-based support), troubleshooting issues related to Windows and Mac laptops, Citrix, iPhones, enterprise applications such as Adobe and Microsoft Office, as well as monitors and other hardware devices.
You will also assist with desktop support, basic AV and Office Suite needs, limited asset management, and ensure all work is clearly documented within the ticketing system.
This is a hands-on role in a high-expectation environment, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver efficient, professional support to employees at all levels of the organization.
