You Are:
Accenture delivers full-stack Adobe solutions for brands aiming to accelerate growth through hyper-personalization and connected customer experiences. We provide customer strategy, technology implementation, data solutions, business change management, user experience design and development, marketing activation, and advanced analytics services to help clients achieve rapid time-to-value from Adobe technology. We’re looking for an Adobe Workfront expert to join our team in a solution consulting and implementation role to help clients adopt the Adobe Marketing Cloud and support business transformation.

This is a combined solution architect and configuration role requiring strong client consultative skills and practical marketing activation experience.

Role focus:
Our Workfront Implementation Consultant contributes to the business in three main areas:

• Solution Leadership – Advising clients to define solutions and accelerate delivery, acting as a product owner or supporting a client product owner on large-scale implementations and transformation programs.

• Configuration SME – Bringing Workfront design and configuration best practices to clients and building/testing configurations across Workfront capabilities.

• Internal Capability Enablement – Accelerating practice growth through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification.

This role supports a wide range of client types seeking to implement new Workfront projects, assess existing Workfront setups, manage/administer Workfront environments, and provide training on Workfront functionality. The Work: hands-on delivery of solutions. Specifically, you will:

• Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront.

• Design, build, and configure Workfront functionality to meet business process and application requirements.

• Lead discovery sessions with new clients and understand process design principles.

• Collect Workfront requirements and assess against client business processes.

• Configure Adobe Workfront objects such as custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layout templates, filters, views, and groupings.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders as part of a team.

• Coordinate acceptance testing and drive issue resolution.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Workfront System Admin or in a consultancy Workfront role.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

• Adobe Experience Cloud tool certifications (Workfront, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketo, and/or Adobe Analytics are desirable).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or solution consultant.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience configuring integrations and automations using Workfront Fusion.
