POSITION Salesforce SME (Billing & Payments) LOCATION Onsite – Miami, FL (5x/week) DURATION 12 Months CTH VISA RESTRICTIONS Only USC & GC
REQUIRED SKILLS 5–7+ years in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role with hands-on Salesforce functional experience. MUST HAVE:
Strong experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Billing, Order Management, Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud (Revenue Cloud). MUST HAVE:
Deep domain knowledge in billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and cash application, including invoice templates (PDF/digital), payment methods and terms, and global considerations. Familiarity with e-invoicing, tax-related touchpoints, multilingual and branded invoice lines, and address validation. Technology Stack & Platforms Salesforce (functional/config):
Revenue Cloud, Billing, Payments, Order Management, Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Payments & Integrations:
Payment gateways/processors, payment orchestration platforms, middleware (e.g., Mule Soft, Boomi) Finance & Revenue Operations:
Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), invoicing, collections, cash application Testing & Operations:
End-to-end testing, UAT coordination, log analysis, defect triage Related Platforms (nice to have):
Net Suite Billing, Oracle (or similar ERP/billing systems)
