Join our Global Supply Management team as a Strategic Sourcing Program Manager for the Mergers & Acquisition Integration Team, where you will create and drive sustainable continuous improvements to address service, ensuring supply continuity, and enhancing supplier maturity. The Mergers & Acquisitions Integration team drives end‑to‑end integrations that safeguard continuity, accelerate synergy realization, and scale meaningful innovation with a mission to boost value for our patients.

ResponsibilitiesAs the Strategic Sourcing Program Manager, M&A, you will support the Mergers & Acquisition Team by leveraging project management/analytic skills: planning & coordinating, communicating, influencing, meeting milestones, resolving issues, and managing risks. This role leads end‑to‑end integration planning, from diligence support and integration planning through operational handoff, with a high level of autonomy. You will:
- Align resources, establish governance cadence, and baseline site maturity, systems, and contracts.
- Stand up product and supply visibility by building a comprehensive Path to Launch (P2L) with BOMs, forecasts, lead times, risks, and supplier data.
- Conduct phased supply risk and capacity assessments, initiating mitigation with category, SQE, and site stakeholders.
- Issue supplier information requests/packets and consolidate responses to refine risk, capacity, and cost baselines.
- Drive supplier engagement and ASL migration, supporting PPAP and quality requirements to safeguard continuity.
- Support training and enablement for procurement teams on enterprise sourcing and escalation workflows.
- Identify and execute early cost reduction and resourcing opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Support SAP adoption and related process transitions, aligning payment terms, MRP messages, and PO processing.
- Maintain an integrated mitigation log and continuously update P2L to guide decisions and prepare for handoffs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional kickoffs and recurring reviews with Operating Units (OU), Ops Sourcing, and Category teams.
- Prepare and execute a formal handoff to Ops Sourcing with current risks, supplier status, product documentation, and comprehensive P2L.
- Drive decisions, RFQs, and outsourcing plans, including contract manufacturer engagement where applicable.
- Manage obsolescence through EOL/LTB actions and ensure part master data accuracy across suppliers and parameters.
- Provide day‑to‑day sourcing support and escalation management to sustain material availability through stabilization.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant strategic business or sourcing support experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant strategic business or sourcing support experience.
- 7+ years in supply chain operations, medical devices, or related industry.
- Experience with manufacturing, operational excellence, and analytics‑driven improvement.
