Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: AI Automation Engineer (Hybrid)

The AI Automation Engineer will serve as the credit union’s hands‑on lead for intelligent automation and AI‑enabled process improvement. This role is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that reduce manual effort, increase operational efficiency, and modernise business processes across the organisation.

This is a builder role, not a research or theoretical position. The successful candidate will work directly with business lines to eliminate repetitive, low‑value work through automation, agentic AI, workflow optimisation, and integration technologies, with the goal of freeing staff to focus on higher‑value member service and strategic activities.

This role will wear multiple hats and play a foundational role in establishing future AI capabilities.
