Duration: 6+ months contract to hire

Compensation: $20.00 - 26.00/hour

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

• Minimum 3+ years of IT experience.
• Technical troubleshooting expertise, both onsite and remote for end-users.
• Experience with ticketing systems
  • Preferred platforms: JIRA
• Experience with security and network devices, including:
  • Fortinet Firewalls
  • Cisco Access Points
• Network Experience
  • Wifi
  • Ethernet

• Strong interpersonal skills – this role is the primary IT point of contact (POC).
  • Must be adaptable and able to handle diverse personalities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills
  , with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
