• 5+ years of hands‑on UI / UX design experience for web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma: components, auto‑layout, variants, and design systems.
• Experience conducting UX discovery activities (user interviews, journey mapping, usability testing).
• Ability to translate business requirements and product ideas into low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an Agile environment.
• Ability to create and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
• Comfortable presenting design rationale to stakeholders and incorporating feedback constructively.
• Experience designing flows for onboarding, dashboards, and transactional user journeys is preferred.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to advocate for the user while balancing business goals.
