About the RoleWe’re hiring a Data Engineering Manager to lead cloud analytics initiatives and drive end‑to‑end data engineering delivery. You’ll architect scalable solutions, manage a high‑performing team, and work closely with clients to translate business requirements into impactful technical outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Lead the design and development of cloud‑based data engineering solutions
- Architect scalable analytics platforms using Databricks, Spark, and cloud services
- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers
- Engage with clients daily to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline development
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the lifecycle
- Drive project delivery, resource planning, and engagement economics
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Stay current with emerging data engineering and cloud technologies
- at least 4–6+ years of data engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Databricks & Spark
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven experience leading teams and managing projects
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills
- Background in data architecture, cloud analytics, and scalable pipelines
