We are seeking an Integration Support Lead Engineer (Mule Soft) for our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

• Serve as the Mule Soft subject‑matter expert, overseeing daily operation and health; collaborate with specialists to resolve complex integration issues.
• Manage and prioritize production support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders; perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures for system stability and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production, and deployment problems; use monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Mule Soft Monitoring, queues) to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including business analysts, developers, and project managers—to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions; communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deploy Mule Soft APIs, integrations, and batch processes using Anypoint Studio, Anypoint API Manager, and Cloud Hub.

• Minimum five years of recent enterprise integration experience with the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred;
  Mule Soft Certified Developer (Mule
  4) is a plus.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing Mule Soft solutions, including API‑led connectivity, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and Data Weave; proficiency with Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform components, Data Weave, Mule 4.x runtime, API governance, and security policies (OAuth 2.0).
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols (HTTP/s, JMS, JDBC), and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV); working knowledge of CI/CD concepts (Git, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops) and cloud platforms.
• Ability to independently triage and resolve complex technical issues without constant supervision; translate business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This opportunity does not sponsor U.S. work visas.
