Role MissionWe are seeking a high-potential, self-starting candidate with a "can-do" attitude and the drive to not only meet expectations but to redefine them. This role is a unique hybrid of Regional Partnership Management and Technical E-Commerce Strategy
, reporting directly to the Head of Department. You will be the primary guardian of our digital presence across LATAM, Canada, and Travel Retail, transforming how our distributors engage with the Dolce&Gabbana Beauty brand. You aren't just managing a process; you are leading a digital transformation, establishing best practices, and mentoring distributor partners to drive market-leading results. This individual will work closely with the Ecomm and Paid Media Teams to ensure attainment of Sales targets.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the strategic reference point for the Global team and regional distributors across LATAM and Canada for all digital business opportunities.
- Guardian of Execution: Own the digital retro planning and delivery calendar, ensuring all product launches are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the evolution of the e-retail business in secondary markets, transitioning partners toward a sophisticated, data-driven digital model.
- Content Lifecycle Management: Oversee the deployment of content for retailer websites (PDPs, Brand Rooms), ensuring perfect synchronization with sales and media calendars.
- Innovation Projects: Spearhead projects focused on UX and conversion, including Ratings & Reviews, virtual try-ons, guided selling tools, and enriched product pages.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular deep-dives into competitor performance and best-in-class digital trends to identify white-space growth opportunities.
- Visibility Tracking: Audit organic and paid visibility given to launches by retailers to assess ROI and e-commerce penetration, collaborating closely with Digital Sales and Paid Media teams.
- Full-Funnel Experimentation: Drive a culture of testing and learning to optimize the user journey in collaboration with Digital Sales and Paid Media teams.
- Digital Development: Create a "Best-In-Class" approach for top-tier countries in the region, ensuring UX and on-site capabilities are optimized for premium performance.
- Distributor Mentorship: Lead and mentor e-commerce distributors across development, UX, and SEO/GEO functions to align with global brand standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Paid Media, PR, CRM, and Trade teams to ensure a unified "360-degree" digital approach for every campaign.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Digital Marketing or E-commerce, ideally within the luxury, cosmetics, or fragrance industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Digital Marketing, or Communication (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Platforms: knowledge of Syndigo, Bazaarvoice, Home Tester Club , Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) is a PLUS.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Digital Merchandising and Digital Sales;
prior experience also in a dedicated E-commerce Sales role is a significant plus. - A proactive, "can-do" attitude is essential. We need a candidate who thrives on challenges and possesses the resilience to navigate complex distributor markets.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
- Strategic Abilities: High capacity for data synthesis and analysis, combined with a passion for the beauty market and an understanding of its online retailer’s dynamics.
- Languages: Native-level fluency in English and Spanish
