MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years’ experience in a Service Provider NOC
- Experience with Cisco routers and switches
- Enterprise level experience with TCP/IP and IP routing protocols including:
- BGP
- OSPF
- ISIS
- MPLS
- Network Management Systems and Network troubleshooting experience
- Optical Transport System experience including DWDM and SONET
- Experience with Internet Exchange, Cloud Exchange, and relevant Service Concepts
- Prior experience in a NOC or Technical Support Team
- Expert Fault Isolation and Service Restoration Skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- CCNA/CCNP Certification
Knowledge of Ghost Imaging software will be a plus
