- Experienced in working on development of windows applications using .NET Framework and SQL Server databases
- Good Understanding of the Retail application and experience in developing and supporting modules
- Good understanding of the Regional requirement like currency format and language requirements
- Experience in reverse engineering and understanding .NET architecture and writing modules to be integrated with as-is system
- Development of prototypes for new technology initiatives and product review/selection/recommendation
- Development and implementation of best practices and use of industry proven standards and methodologies
- Experience in working with the globally distributed teams
- Well experienced in delivering enterprise solutions or products using full SDLC
- Providing end to end technical leadership in delivering technologically challenging requirements and projects
- Experience in working agile environment
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player
