Overview
Job Title:
Service Desk Support Specialist
Job location:
Miami FL (5 Days Onsite)
- Monitor and manage a ticket queue, prioritize support tickets based on urgency
- Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot iOS, Windows 10, 11 and Microsoft O365
- Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
- Troubleshoot Printer issues
- AV or Asset management is also very helpful
- Troubleshooting hardware on laptops, imaging, 0365 TS, internet and connection issues, etc.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged and detailed notes for each incident or request
- Assist users Onsite including but not limited to imaging laptops, workstation setups, and desktop support
- Assist with Zoom Conference Rooms issues or setups
- Troubleshoot VPN issues
- Manage additions, removals, and changes into Asset Management system for our IT assets
