The Role

As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Your focus will span paid search, affiliate marketing, display advertising, SEO, and more—all while managing multi-million dollar budgets per month. Your expertise will drive our digital strategy and ensure every campaign delivers measurable ROI.

Requirements

• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans that leverage channels such as SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, display, and social media
• Execute hands-on campaign management, including landing page optimization, bid management, and quality score monitoring
• Analytics & Attribution:
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Ensure robust attribution by employing advanced server-side tracking practices. Familiarity with tools like Stape.io is a plus
• Budget & Performance Management:
• Manage and optimize multi-million dollar digital marketing budgets on a monthly basis, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs such as conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS
• Cross-Channel Coordination:
• Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital channels
• Partner with affiliate networks and external agencies to expand our digital reach
• Strategic Innovation:
• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies to continuously refine our marketing strategy
• Recommend new digital channels and tactics that drive growth and enhance public service engagement

• A seasoned digital marketer with a proven track record across multiple channels—from SEO and affiliate marketing to display advertising and paid search
• Data-driven and analytical, with hands-on expertise in campaign optimization and managing large-scale budgets
• Proficient in integrating robust tracking solutions, with knowledge of server-side tracking practices; familiarity with tools like Stape.io is a bonus
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Passionate about driving business growth and improving public service delivery through innovative digital strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong record of multi-channel campaign management
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, display networks, etc.) and marketing automation software
• Proven experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets on a monthly basis
• Strong analytical skills and practical experience with tracking and attribution methodologies
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
