Project Manager Workday

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience managing projects across core Workday modules such as: HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll (US), Finance (optional), and Reporting.

• Solid understanding of Workday business processes (BP), configuration, security, and tenant management.

• Ability to manage and coordinate Workday Enhancements, Releases, and Production Support cycles.

• Experience with Workday Integrations oversight (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, PECI) from a project management standpoint.

• Knowledge of Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and data migration methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation/enhancement projects for Lennar Homes.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, RAID logs, and governance documents.

• Coordinate activities across Workday consultants, HR/Finance SMEs, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to Workday design standards, testing protocols, and deployment frameworks. Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for onsite business users and leadership.

• Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and progress reporting.

• Facilitate requirement workshops, UAT cycles, sign-off sessions, and business enablement activities. Scope, Quality & Risk Control

• Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and resource allocation.

• Identify and mitigate risks/issues to ensure seamless project execution.

• Ensure compliance with internal audit, security, and data privacy standards. Agile / Hybrid Delivery

• Execute delivery through Agile or hybrid methodologies.

• Manage sprint ceremoniesplanning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives.

• Track metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and deliverable acceptance. Testing & Deployment Management

• Oversee SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Testing (if applicable), and integration testing.

• Manage production deployment activities, cutover planning, and hypercare support.

• Validate system readiness, documentation, and operational support alignment.

Salary Range $100,000-$130,000 year
