UX​/UI Lead - Miami

We're looking for a UX/UI Lead based in Miami to join our team!

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design, with at least 2-3 years in a formal leadership or mentoring role within a high-growth or enterprise environment.
• Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, showcasing complex system-level thinking, and—most importantly—the business impact of your work.
• Industry Context: Experience shipping large-scale, consumer-facing, or complex B2B products across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android).

• Design Systems: Expert-level proficiency in building, maintaining, and scaling Design Systems using tools like Figma.
• Prototyping: Ability to create everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that effectively communicate motion and behavior.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex business requirements into elegant, simple user experiences. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication & Presence: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. You can explain the “why” behind a design to a CEO or an Engineer with equal clarity and conviction.
• User Research Advocacy: Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative research into the design process. You are a champion for the user, using data and empathy to drive decisions.
