This is an execution-first marketing role.
You will not be spending your time:
- Brainstorming brand campaigns
- Writing marketing strategies
You will be:
- Writing and deploying SEO content
- Managing internal linking
- Managing third parties and vendors
- Tracking performance daily and creating dashboards
- Running Email Marketing
- Sourcing PR opportunities and external linking
This will be our first full-time marketing hire, so we’re looking for someone scrappy and accountable who wants the opportunity to have a real impact on our business.
This role is on-site in Brickell / Downtown Miami.
About the Role & the CompanyRidge Street Capital is a private real estate lending firm that provides financing to real estate investors in 35 States across the US. We focus on fix & flip/ hard money loans and DSCR loans for rental properties.
We are in a scaling phase — our marketing channels are already working and demand is growing, so now we’re bringing this function in-house.
For the first 6 months, this role will be heavily focused on SEO and content execution. You will work directly with the founder, not through layers of management. Your work will be visible, measured, and tied directly to real business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has already executed SEO work that produced results
- Wants more ownership than a typical associate role
- Is excited by being early at a growing company and helping shape how marketing is done
Over time, this role will expand into social media and PPC, but SEO execution is the immediate priority.
What You’ll DoSEO Research & Content Strategy (Execution-Focused)
- Identify keyword and topic opportunities using domain expertise, competitor and SERP analysis, and AI-assisted query research
- Evaluate internal linking and authority requirements needed to reach ranking targets
Content Creation & Optimization
- Analyze competing pages to determine appropriate content depth, structure, and coverage
- Write and optimize SEO-driven content for product, blog, and region-based pages
- Review and refine third-party drafted content to ensure domain accuracy and SEO alignment
- Identify and execute internal linking opportunities across new and existing content
- Maintain and update featured deals, case studies, and testimonials
Content Deployment & Technical SEO
- Publish and manage content using Webflow CMS and static pages
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied at deployment (structure, media optimization, schema where appropriate)
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Coordinate with link-building partners and approve link targets
- Execute selective guest post, feature, and PR outreach
- Write guest posts, feature copy, and press releases as needed
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track rankings, traffic, and engagement using Semrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Analyze user paths from first visit through form submission
- Build and maintain performance dashboards
- Plan and execute bi-monthly email campaigns
- Support expansion into social and paid acquisition channels over time
- At least 2 years of hands-on SEO and content execution experience
- Experience using Semrush (or Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Experience working in a CMS (Webflow preferred)
- Ability to explain financial concepts used in real estate investment and lending
- Ability to work on-site in Miami
- Experience launching and scaling organic short form and long form social media in the real estate, finance, or insurance niche.
