• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory directives
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications into the employer's environment
• Perform regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain required documentation
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking initiatives and providing status updates
• Work closely with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience with IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to track activities and alert management on project risks

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the insurance industry
• Experience working with software application vendors
• Additional certifications related to IT or project management
• Background in risk management or audit processes
• Knowledge of business insurance products and services
