This is a full-time on‑site role located in Miami, FL for a Technical Service Engineer. The Technical Service Engineer will provide technical support to clients, oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, and ensure ongoing functionality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing equipment inspections, and offering training for customers on the effective operation of Endospheres® systems.

This role requires maintaining accurate service records and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

• Proficiency in Technical Services, with a solid understanding of equipment maintenance, installation, and repairs
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues
• Experience in Technical Support and hands‑on Troubleshooting of devices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and assist clients effectively
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• A degree or certification in a technical, engineering, or related field
• Exposure to the aesthetic industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Technical certification or relevant training
• Previous field service experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
