We are currently recruiting an Infrastructure Support Engineer for our Miramar, Florida team. The role supports the global IT infrastructure, collaborates with vendors and partners, and helps shape the future of our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Survitec’s global infrastructure as a technical escalation point and collaboration source to partners and vendors.
  • Provide support for major programs, including Network and Cloud migrations.
  • Offer incident response coverage, collaborating with global teams to investigate, contain, and resolve IT and security incidents.
  • Ensure all systems perform at optimal levels, liaising with external service providers as required.
  • Monitor and maintain the security, integrity, and performance of core systems and backup services.
  • Create compliance reports and drive remediation actions.
  • Work collaboratively with Architecture & Security teams, offering input on solution designs.
  • Assist with planning and delivery of infrastructure improvements as part of a team.
  • Partner with vendors and outsourcing partners to continuously improve service.
Required Skills
  • Strong background in cloud computing and Azure technologies (Azure IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including Windows OS Family, Active Directory (hybrid), Exchange, Office, Defender, scripting, Intune, and SCCM.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure environments, hardware, software, network, and system problems.
  • Experience supporting IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and backups.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills
  • Understanding of infrastructure processes: capacity management, patch management, change management, performance reporting.
  • Network management, including LAN & WAN technologies.
  • Outsourced supplier management.
  • Experience with Service Management tools such as Service Now or Sys Aid.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Experience supporting or implementing IT security standards such as ISO
    27001, CE+, PCI-DSS.
