Analyzes business processes and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives. Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Programmer/Analysts. Apply advanced analytical skills within functional area. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise;
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices;
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions;
Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations;
May lead functional teams or projects;
Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization;
Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements.

• Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models including profiles permission sets role hierarchies and sharing rules
• Reverse engineer and document existing Salesforce security configurations to establish baseline controls and identify gaps
• Analyze and optimize security settings to align with organizational policies and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate access requirements into technical security controls
• Conduct security audits and assessments of user permissions field-level security and object-level access
• Develop and maintain security documentation including access control matrices and configuration guides
• Support incident response activities related to unauthorized access or permission escalation issues

• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles permission sets sharing rules OWD settings)
• Experience with Salesforce security tools and metadata analysis
• Strong analytical skills for reverse engineering complex permission structures
• Knowledge of security frameworks and least‑privilege access principles
• Proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce configuration best practices
