Join Crowe as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Senior Project Coordinator and play a pivotal role in delivering complex ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Track and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items to ensure resolution.
  • Support configuration, metrics creation, dashboard reporting, and sprint build-outs.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed project status reports and executive summaries.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, ensuring accessibility to team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate testing, audits, and sprint closures in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
  • Monitor resource availability and allocation to ensure efficient utilization across projects.
  • Support client engagement by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and documenting feedback.
  • Mentor junior project coordinators and provide guidance on project tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in project delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within ERP or large-scale technology implementations.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Net Suite, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, clients, and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage RAID logs, facilitate audits, and support quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management certification (CAPM or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in consulting or professional services.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation life cycles (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Compensation

The disclosed wage range reflects considerations such as skill set, experience, and training. The current estimate is $74,100.00 – $ per year. Compensation is dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and typically is not at the top of the range.
