OpportunityWe are excited to be hiring a Staff Product Manager with deep experience in bringing enterprise security products to market. As a visionary leader in product management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise security orting directly to the Head of Product, you'll partner with a team of talented product managers, engineers, and designers, driving innovation and technical excellence.
We're in search of an expert who can define and execute the product strategy for our macOS-centric security offerings. Your passion for problem-solving and staying at the forefront of security technology will be the driving force behind our mission.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Kandji’s macOS enterprise security offerings.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and define product requirements.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver innovative security solutions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and packaging, to drive adoption and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging, collateral, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on enterprise security products, preferably macOS-centric security solutions such as Endpoint Detection and Response and Vulnerability Management.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing enterprise security products to market, from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise security landscape, including threat detection, prevention, and response.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in Agile software development teams and familiarity with build processes and best development practices.
- Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).
