- A Modern, Durable Measurement Operating System
- Clear KPI definitions and success frameworks across clients
- Trackable, explainable, repeatable measurement maturity model
- 10+ years in analytics, growth, or data strategy
- Proven experience architecting analytics systems that matter
- Strong fluency in paid media data (Meta, Google, multi‑channel ecosystems)
- Technical expertise across tracking, warehousing, modeling, and BI
- Experience leading analytics teams
- Executive communication strength
- Comfort operating in environments where accountability is real
