ROLEDESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time, in-person role for a Paid Media Specialist (Meta). We’re seeking a data-driven candidate to plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, Tik Tok, and emerging channels, with a primary focus on Meta. This role partners closely with creative, analytics, and leadership teams to drive performance across awareness, engagement, and conversion goals. You must come with prior experience of managing budgets in Meta.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid social campaigns across platforms, including Meta, Tik Tok, and other emerging channels.
- Develop targeting strategies based on data insights and audience research to reach the right customer segments and drive results across awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Lead performance analysis using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and Google Analytics to uncover trends and provide proactive campaign optimizations and insights.
- Partner with creative teams to concept and develop ad content that aligns with brand messaging and performance objectives, offering input grounded in platform-specific best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with platform innovations, policy changes, and algorithm shifts to keep campaigns effective and competitive.
- Create and present campaign reports that include strategic insights, performance data, and optimization recommendations to C suite.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute ideas for innovative, data-backed campaign strategies.
- Help manage campaign budgets, pacing, and projections to ensure efficient media spend.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency or in-house environment, with a clear track record of campaign ownership and optimization.
- Deep understanding of the paid social landscape and proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret performance trends, and act on insights to improve KPIs.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and UTM parameters for tracking and attribution.
- Strong understanding of creative best practices and how to collaborate with designers and content producers to create high-performing ads.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools
