Role: Business Analyst

Experience Overview: 7+ years delivering complex IT software projects in a large organization using Waterfall or Agile methodologies. Proven end-to-end software implementation experience from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Strong stakeholder collaboration, proficient documentation, extensive Microsoft Office suite usage, Azure Dev Ops, analytical problem‑solving, and excellent communication skills.

• Analyze and understand existing business processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
• Develop as‑is and to‑be process diagrams and maintain requirements traceability matrix.
• Manage project tasks related to business analysis activities using Waterfall and Agile, tracking progress and coordinating with teams.
• Assist in change management activities: impact assessments, training materials, and end‑user support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, define, and translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to design innovative solutions.
• Prepare training materials and assist with end‑user training.
• Support testing activities by coordinating planning, test case development, and execution; ensure testing aligns with requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate supported systems, conduct post‑implementation reviews, and recommend enhancements.
• Identify risks and issues related to business analysis activities and proactively mitigate them.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Seven years of experience in business analysis, software implementation, and agile methodology.
• Additional related work experience in software development, analysis or implementation may substitute for required college education on a year for year basis.
