What you will do (as a Field Implementation Technician - Restaurant Exp. Pref.

- IT or Tech Exp. Pref.)

• Install, maintain, replace, and repair Point of Sale systems at customer sites or remotely
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions
• Provide training and support to customers as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Communicate with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation

• Starting rate $21+ per hour based on experience with overtime available

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or technical certification a plus
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of POS systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel
• Willingness to work flexible hours and sometimes on weekends
• Strong work ethic
• Team player and willingness to train others
• Previous POS experience a plus
• Previous Restaurant experience a plus
• Must be 21+

Physical Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to work in confined spaces and in various weather conditions
• Must be able to be on your feet up to 12 hours at a time and withstand variable temperature conditions
