Senior Associate, Forensic Technology

Join KPMG US as a Senior Associate in our Advisory Services practice, focused on forensic technology and eDiscovery.

• Advise and support clients in end‑to‑end eDiscovery work streams with emphasis on review analytics such as active learning and other TAR workflows; advise on best practices, processes and procedures for processing, culling in robust eDiscovery platforms like Nuix, Reveal and Relativity and migration of ESI into eDiscovery review platform Relativity.
• Provide presentations, demonstrations and training of KPMG’s products and services to prospective clients; recommend effective project management and appropriate workflow; respond to RFPs and generate budget estimates.
• Develop proficiency with tools for collection, data processing, hosting and production during the life cycles of eDiscovery projects.
• Maintain regular client contact and manage expectations to ensure satisfaction and report project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Consult on document review and production workflows using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools.
• Coordinate interdepartmental resources to ensure project completion on schedule and identify process and quality improvements as part of post‑project analysis.
• Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

• Minimum three years of recent experience working on evidence discovery management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience; preferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Review Specialist (RRS), Nuix Certifications, and Reveal Brain Space.
• Basic and advanced knowledge in Nuix, Relativity/Relativity One, Reveal, Brainspace, SQL, Python and storage or infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and large‑scale document review and production.
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with management and provide exceptional client service.
• Ability to travel as needed.
