Drupal Developer

Job Description

CGS is seeking a Drupal Developer to join our team supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. Join us to contribute to government innovation, collaborate across functions, and anticipate the needs of stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Site building, administration, and maintenance of Drupal sites
• Develop custom Drupal themes and modules
• Work closely with users to understand requirements
• Participate in Agile sprint teams
• Quickly learn new technologies or off‑the‑shelf software
• Facilitate collaboration between back‑end and front‑end developers

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of Drupal experience (including 3+ in Drupal 8/9)
• 5+ years of experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, jQuery
• 3+ years of experience with Drupal content modeling and site governance
• 5+ years of experience with CSS, Sass, and USWDS
• 3+ years of experience with OEL, RHEL, and CentOS
• Experience with Apache
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops/Agile Methodology
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with Drush/Composer

• Government software development policies and procedures
• Client‑facing communication experience
• Federal Agency‑issued security clearance
