Job Description
CGS is seeking a Drupal Developer to join our team supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. Join us to contribute to government innovation, collaborate across functions, and anticipate the needs of stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Skills and Attributes for Success- Site building, administration, and maintenance of Drupal sites
- Develop custom Drupal themes and modules
- Work closely with users to understand requirements
- Participate in Agile sprint teams
- Quickly learn new technologies or off‑the‑shelf software
- Facilitate collaboration between back‑end and front‑end developers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of Drupal experience (including 3+ in Drupal 8/9)
- 5+ years of experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, jQuery
- 3+ years of experience with Drupal content modeling and site governance
- 5+ years of experience with CSS, Sass, and USWDS
- 3+ years of experience with OEL, RHEL, and CentOS
- Experience with Apache
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops/Agile Methodology
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with Drush/Composer
- Government software development policies and procedures
- Client‑facing communication experience
- Federal Agency‑issued security clearance
